Reading Frenzy

Currently I am in a reading frenzy. I’m not sure why I started reading about a book per day, but I guess it has a lot to do with boredom. At the moment I just really don’t feel like getting online and dropping cards. I think mainly because lately it seems like a lot of EntreCard sites are loading so slow. I read somewhere that it might have to do with the SezWho commenting plugin so I’ve uninstalled it for my site. Has anyone noticed the same thing?

Anyway, back to my reading frenzy. Like I said I’m currently reading about a book a day. A few of the books I’ve read are: A walk to remember, Catch me when I fall, Venus envy and many more. If anyone knows some good books they want to recommend leave a comment.

Jeff Dunham and Peanut

It is weekend! Is it just me or are the weekends just so much better than any other day in the week? To celebrate this wonderful day I thought it would be cool to post something that would bring a smile on your face. And Jeff Dunham definitely puts a smile on my face. I never used to like puppets until I saw some of his video’s. I never get sick of seeing him with his puppets. It is just so hilarious. I hope you enjoy this video and I also hope you will enjoy your weekend.

Always inspect the house first

I am a huge fan of TV shows about real estate; Property Ladder, How to be a property developer, Location Location Location and the list goes on. One of the things that really surprise me with a lot of people who are buying a house is that they don’t have a home inspection before they buy a house.

They are arguing that the inspection is expensive (usually only a couple of hundred dollars). But to be honest I rather spend a couple of hundred dollars on a home inspection than buy a house without one and run into unexpected money pits. Just because you can’t see a defect by the naked eye it doesn’t mean it isn’t there. And spending that bit of money on a home inspection could potentially save you thousands of dollars.

If you want to buy a house in Orlando, make sure you find a good home inspector. I can recommend the Home Inspectors in Orlando section of the Clicksmart directory if you live in that area. The list contains certified experts who will give you all the information you need. An orlando home inspector is a must if you want to buy a house in that area.
